GRADS Social Club Inc. respects the privacy of its members and prospective members, and understands that many of them may wish the information they supply to GRADS to be kept confidential for personal, professional, or other reasons.
GRADS will not pass such information to any third party except as may be required by law and where necessary in the normal course of administration - for example:
- names and postal addresses may be passed to an external Printer (in Australia) when publishing the monthly Newsletter or circulating other information to members;
- information taken from GRADS' membership records may be passed to an external Printer (in Australia) when generating "personalised" annual membership renewals in order to verify our records;
- every endeavour is made to "blind-copy" all email circulation lists to the recipients so individual addresses are not visible, except in the case of GRADS special interest groups and particular events where members have provided their email address to the relevant co-ordinator;
- any request made by a member for contact details of another member is declined, however the request may be relayed to the member concerned.
